Cheerful home design with tons of color and pattern.
The combination of colors, patterns, and textures are the true star of this home. Every detail was curated to reflect the fun personality and fresh vibes of my client. The ideal outcome of a perfect project. I hope you enjoy touring this truly lively design!
Laughing with my client as we have a blast putting the final touches on her fantastic home we've been sprucing up over the last year. It feels amazing seeing my client so happy and laughing along with her.
This functional swivel chair serves multiple purposes. My client can swivel and enjoy their amazing city view, they can swivel and enjoy the warmth of their fireplace, or they have a front-row seat to their favorite TV show.
This modern living room had a floor to ceiling fireplace with a flowing wave tile and elevated linear firebox. We flanked it with gold etageres accessorized with colorful accents and two fashionable blue patterned swivel chairs. A marble and gold coffee table is centered on a cobalt colored oriental rug anchoring the room.
If you have never thought about having a patterned sofa, you have now. This sofa is in a stain resistant, pet friendly patterned fabric. It adds the perfect texture and tone to this open living space.
From this angle you also get a peek-a-boo of the color assortment of pillows on the sofa that bring the room together.
This dining room is surrounded by all the beautiful things! Custom drapes, beautiful dining table that's a piece of petrified wood, cobalt blue chairs, colorful drapes, and the perfect light fixture.
The petrified wood dining table top is the perfect centerpiece to this dining room design. The texture in the wood is sculptural and sophisticated.
A warm taupe kitchen with a crisp marble mosaic backsplash is great for someone who wants a light and bright kitchen without white cabinets.
By adding a layer of metallic gold into this design, we were able to keep the space feeling warm with that perfect touch a glam.
The gold accents in this island pendant bring warmth into this kitchen. It mixes perfectly with the modern lucite as well.
The hall console boasts tons of storage. More attention to detail was thought through by selecting a storage piece with a textured shagreen front.
The art is bold with energetic brush strokes. We flanked the art with fabulous Kelly Wearstler lights, an art piece in and of itself.
We chose to bring life into this office design with a colorful and stylized modern botanical wallpaper. This greens and blues envelope the space with life and happiness.
The main floor powder bathroom was not ignored. We upgraded this space with a self-lit vanity mirror, under cabinet lighting, glamorous wallpaper, and jewelry for hanging light pendants. Guests are going to remember going in this room.
This townhouse did not have a large, grand entry, as is the nature of most townhomes. We made a conscious decision to make a bold statement right as you walk in. This beautiful blue and white inlay chest in a fun pattern sets the tone for the rest of the design.
The blue and white chest has ample storage for that illusive “junk drawer” we all have. It also serves the more practical use of housing the dog’s leashes and mess bags. But you would never know with the beautiful accessories on top.
Staircase nooks are a great option for a working space locations. So many areas of a home need to be function while looked amazing at the same time.
As you walk into the primary bedroom, you are greeted with a more monochromatic design backdrop with punches of bold pinks. My client’s wanted to celebrate femininity, glamor, and class. The tufted headboard brings amazing texture to the room.
This bedroom has a stylish layered look to it’s design. Soft pinks, grays, and whites make for subtlety dynamic bedding, furnishings, and art.
By adding a large-scale piece of art above the nightstand, we are able to subconsciously draw your eye up towards the ceiling, giving the room a taller sense of space. A softer, watercolor style modern art with no image was chosen to be the perfect backdrop to the layered gem-cut gold lamp.
One of my favorite items to add into my designs is a fun conversation piece. Often times it comes in the form of a unique chair.
For the primary suite’s bathroom, we opted for a more understated design. Rather than going bold with color, pattern, and texture, the client wanted a more serene feel.
This guest bedroom continues with the colorful vibe throughout the rest of the house. With a more limited budget for this secondary space, we focused mixing special pillows with a cleaner bedspread in order to make this design feel high-end.
We maximized the seating on the balcony of this townhome by choosing a stylish and modern sectional. With more room for guests to enjoy, this patio is the place to be in the summertime.
A dynamic color scheme of blue, mint, and pink mixes perfectly together to create an amazing outdoor retreat in the center of the city.
