Luxury Portland Home

Our client came to us with a smaller project, but then when the majority of the house got flooded during an ice storm we expanded the scope of this project to the whole home. We loved getting to work with this client to make this home exactly what they wanted it to be. Although the scope of this project expanded dramatically, we loved how the total transformation made the home flow and feel cohesive. We painted all the walls, doors, trim, stairs, and railings. We did new wood flooring throughout the home in high-quality European-engineered Oak hardwoods by Dechateu. We did new siding on the house to make sure the water damage would not happen again. The entire house received new lighting. We updated all the door handles and hinges to a brushed gold color that flows well with the new design of the house. Every detail of this house was thought through and makes the space feel like one cohesive location. We are obsessed with how this home turned out!

all white and gold kitchen large island — We custom-designed this kitchen from the ground up. Every little detail was designed with the client’s needs and vision in mind. This started as a confusingly dysfunctional kitchen, the island was angled to make the range almost usable, and there was no pendant lighting or wow factor to this space. So we decided to bring glam, functionality, and that instant wow factor.

interior designer high end kitchen — We added new top-of-the-line appliances, a built-in coffee machine, high-end plumbing, and quartz countertops. We added hand-cut marble as the backsplash for the kitchens and wrapped it around the space and up to the ceiling. We created a wall for the range and custom vent hood, this has become the statement of the kitchen. This kitchen is a show-stopper room, yet has the functionality needed to be a highly efficient space.

elegant kitchen island high end — We added this massive island with five white barstools for plenty of entertainment space. It has waterfall quartz countertops that include dramatic veining and high-contrast black drawers. Our statement pendant lights complete the look and continue the black and gold design that is present throughout the space.

high end kitchen organization — High-end kitchen organization is key of a large kitchen like this. We love how this lower cabinet is a perfect spot for storing utensil and spices.

kitchen mixing with dining nook — We created custom cabinetry based on the client’s storage needs for the kitchen. As a creative solution for hiding all those unsightly appliances, we created a room to hide them but still keep them accessible. The food pantry has new carpentry to maximize space from floor to ceiling.

This is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or host a lively weekend brunch with friends. With clean whites and gold finishes, this is a perfect complement to the kitchen. We featured elegant white upholstered chairs that blend comfort with style, paired with a charming round table that fosters intimate gatherings. It is all framed by the windows surrounding the space that create soft, natural light that streams through expansive windows, inviting the beauty of the outdoors in. This den space underwent a major transformation. We demoed the old 90s fireplace and built-in TV cabinet, instead creating a jaw-dropping floor-to-ceiling fireplace with custom suede-touch large slabs. We love the beautiful movement that the Calacatta Antique slabs bring to the space. The low, cozy white sectional makes the whole space somewhere that you want to collapse into and spend an afternoon. . This den is truly the place to be!

unique antique asian furniture — The client had several unique antique pieces they wanted to included in the design. This piece is particually important to the client so we featured it in the living space.

We created a stunning moment on the wall by adding custom cabinets on either side with black and gold hardware.

high end entry for luxury home — This entry is truly where luxury meets timeless elegance. The grandeur marble floors from Z-tile in the Cashmere White marble center this design. The front door was painted black to make it stand out from the rest of the house, and a new Baldwin door handle was added. . Every detail of this beautiful entryway has been chosen to draw you in, create a sense of wonder, and leave an impression.

black staircase entry — We added a second chandelier to the space to highlight the dramatic black spiral staircase.

unique chandlier — The chandeliers are both hand-blown ombre light fixtures that flirt with the natural light that flows through the oversized, arched windows. During the evening they light the space with a perfect glow of warmth and sophistication.

wine cave storage — We updated the wine closet with a deep and moody wall color that makes it feel sexy. Although the client doesn’t drink, we made the space a little extra storage for her, and a great aspect of the home for resale value.

floor to ceiling slab black and white — We loved how this dramatic butler’s pantry turned out! This space was originally an awkward open bar cut off by a level change in the house. We created this as a functional option in the cross-through space between the kitchen and dining room.

high end bar sink and faucet — We placed new plumbing fixtures, appliances, and under-cabinet lighting, which makes the dramatic black slab the star of the show. We love our gold inset sink that pairs perfectly with our black and gold faucet.

The front sitting and dining area is the first space to greet guests beyond the entry, and we are obsessed with how this space turned out. Everything got a facelift with new paint and flooring. The sitting room is welcoming, with a cozy gray couch and oversized white chairs. The fireplace centers the room and is flanked by two funky sconces that add texture and interest. The client already had some amazing antique pieces that she wanted to incorporate into the home, so we decided to add them in this little nook area, along with a cozy plush rug and settie.

formal dining room — This dining area hosts some of our favorite dining chairs. They are a velvet warm rust color that invites guests to stay a little while longer. The client’s artwork and antique table create the perfect juxtaposition of new and old pieces in this space.

bed and large wallpaper print — We put an oversized floral wallpaper on the wall behind her bed, which is the perfect way to make a strong impression. Filled with lots of plush pillows, blankets, and florals this space is inviting, fun, and beautiful.

bookcase inspo brook tok — The client’s daughter loves to read so this was a functional and eagerly anticipated addition to the room. We added accent lighting over the bookcases to highlight the space.

window seat, large elegant — We also created a sitting nook that showcases her dramatic arched window. This is the perfect place for curling up on a cozy day.

powder bathroom gold — This powder bath underwent a massive transformation. We added new floors, plumbing, paint, lighting, vanity, mirror, and everything else you could think of! We used the highest quality material for all the fixtures in this space. The gold hardware from the mirror and light fixtures elevates the space and brings a classy vibe. We decided we wanted the vanity to be its work of art, so we created a fully floating stone vanity in Calacatta Oro. This vanity is the showstopper in the room. This powder bath is the definition of elegance, and we love how it turned out!
