kitchen design
This kitchen is a smaller space, but that doesn’t mean it has a small design! We went all in for this design with bold green cabinetry, a beautiful backsplash full of movement, and stunning light fixtures that elevate the space. Since the homeowners love to cook, we made sure their kitchen not only works hard but is also beautiful enough to match their creations. Every detail was designed with function in mind so keep an eye out for our tips on maximizing space!
This waterfall island brings an unexpected touch of luxury to the space and creates a memorable design moment. The striking veining of the countertop is the star here, and by letting it waterfall seamlessly over the side, we amplified its impact and created a bold, sophisticated statement.
We took the cabinets all the way up to the ceiling to maximize every inch of space in this condo, creating significantly more usable storage. Tall cabinetry is perfect for those items that aren’t needed daily but still deserve an organized, designated spot. To further enhance function and style, we extended the peninsula for extra depth and incorporated floor-to-ceiling wine storage along the side of the island.
Full-height cabinetry offers ample storage, ensuring that small appliances can be tucked away when not in use. The marble countertop provides a generous work surface for cooking, baking, or entertaining, while also serving as a bold design feature. Pendant lighting frames the island beautifully, highlighting its role as the hub of the kitchen.
The island is the true centerpiece of this kitchen. With seating for three, it creates a gathering spot that connects the kitchen to the living area, making the space feel larger and more social. Built-in wine storage cleverly uses vertical space, keeping bottles organized and within reach.
This built-in wine storage is one of our favorite parts of this kitchen! It takes advantage of vertical space, transforming what could have been an unused corner into a highly functional feature. Plus who doesn’t love a good wine night?
Lighting can make a huge difference in how a space feels. We installed under-cabinet lighting for better visibility for all seasons and times of day. However, the real crowd-pleaser are these pendant lightings! They are a stunning combination of Art Deco and Modern design that is perfect for this space.
A great kitchen starts with details, and this workstation sink is one of the hardest working features. Designed for efficiency, it comes equipped with integrated accessories that transform the sink into a prep station, making it ideal for these homeowners who love to cook. From rinsing produce to chopping and draining, everything can be done in one spot without taking up valuable counter space.
The brass faucet adds warmth and style, complementing the bold cabinetry and marble surfaces surrounding it. This brushed texture look won’t show fingerprints or other smudges, which was a key decision making factor on this piece.
This tip-down drawer is the perfect solution for storing sponges, scrub brushes, and other small cleaning essentials. Instead of these items cluttering the countertop or getting lost in a cabinet, this clever feature keeps everything right at your fingertips and uses space that is typically overlooked or left unused. It’s a small but mighty design choice!
Only your daily-use essentials deserve a spot on the countertop and everything else should be tucked neatly away. That’s why we designed this appliance garage, seamlessly integrated into the counter space. With a built-in electrical outlet, your appliances stay plugged in and ready to use, without the hassle of moving them back and forth.
Making every drawer work hard was crucial in this kitchen. These homeowners love to cook and knew exactly which tools they use regularly. So during the design process, we had a dedicated meeting where they measured each item in their kitchen and chose the perfect drawer or cabinet for it. This is the level of detail and personalization only a designer can help you achieve!
A standout feature of this kitchen is the pull-out pantry cabinet, which maximizes storage without taking up extra space. In a small kitchen, every inch counts, and this solution makes use of slim vertical space that might otherwise be overlooked. The pull-out design allows homeowners to see and access all pantry items at once, eliminating food or spices getting lost in the back of a deep cabinet.
The pull-out pantry cabinetry face blends seamlessly with the rest of the bold green cabinets. This makes the pantry looks like part of the design while offering incredible functionality behind the scenes. It’s a perfect example of how smart storage solutions can elevate both the usability and beauty of a kitchen.
bathroom design
Just because your bathroom is small doesn’t mean it can’t be a total wow moment in your home! In this space, we packed in both beauty and function with smart, thoughtful choices. The art deco-inspired tile instantly sets the tone, bringing in character and timeless glamour. We installed custom cabinetry designed specifically to fit the homeowners’ needs, maximizing storage without sacrificing style. Every detail was chosen to make this small bathroom not only practical but also a stunning feature.
Storage is a huge deal in small bathrooms, and we didn’t waste a single inch in here. We added a custom ledge above the backsplash that creates a luxurious moment in this space. It can be used to showcase beautiful everyday items. For the vanity, we did custom drawers and built-ins, meaning everything has its place keeping the space calm, clean, and clutter-free.
For this bathroom, we did both a standard shower head and a handheld wand. With renovation projects where the homeowner wants to keep a tub in the space it can feel overwhelming to add both items, but as showcased here there is plenty of room on the shower wall and the dual function brings that luxurious spa like feel.
The extra details in this shower package bring a sense of high-end design to the space. The etched handle is one of those unique touches that instantly shows guests the space was thoughtfully curated by a designer. It’s the perfect example of livable luxury!
The symmetry in these tiles is giving us the best the modern vibes! We knew this space called for something special, so we went on the ultimate hunt to find the perfect tile. After searching high and low, we landed on this dreamy shade of green that pairs beautifully with the kitchen cabinets. It’s fresh, it’s bold, and it ties the whole design together.
This rolling track system for the glass shower door is such a great example of how thoughtful details can completely elevate a space. It keeps the door moving smoothly and functionally, while also adding a layer of visual interest with its industrial-modern style. It’s another small touch that brings so much character and charm to the bathroom design!
Extending the tile beyond the shower and across the entire wall was a design choice that completely elevated this bathroom into a true luxury space. By carrying the tile further, we created the illusion of a larger shower, which makes the whole room feel bigger and more open. In small spaces like this, it’s intentional details that make all the difference.
We couldn’t forget a space for the homeowners’ adorable cat! This custom cabinetry was designed to tuck the litter box out of sight while still being easily accessible. Details like this made the project so personal and unique to the client. Another benefits of working with an interior designer is that they are fully dedicated to making every detail of your home seamless, beautiful, and perfectly tailored to you and your family.
This tip-down laundry cabinet keeps dirty clothes out of sight and makes laundry day a breeze! Many of our clients request this type of built-in organization, especially in smaller bathrooms where space is a premium. Smart storage solutions like this are key to creating highly functional spaces. Plus, this tall linen closet offers even more convenience with upper cabinets for storing toiletries, towels, or extra essentials.
