This house started out as a small one-story home that didn’t fit the client’s needs. It was cramped, didn’t flow properly, and didn’t have the space for the growing family that owned it. They employed the expertise of Kevin Twitty Interiors and Cooper Design Build to create an award-winning home that far exceeded expectations. This transformation made the home into a multi-story property with 2 indoor-outdoor spaces, large open concept living space, and unique bedrooms and bathrooms. This home is the perfect mix of modern and cozy which is exactly what the homeowners wanted for their space. We can’t wait for you to see it!

This entry space for this project is a perfect example of what’s needed in this type of space. The bold wallpaper reflects the client’s fun personality and leaves a big impression. It adds complexity and texture to the room and is a nice juxtaposition to the clean white half-wall. The dark color door and bench ground the space. The minimalistic coat storage and flush mount rattan light make a high impact on the space but keep the wallpaper the main event. The dark blue storage space doubles as a seating area and brings the functionality needed to make this space livable. The dark color and brass hardware on the storage foreshadow the dark blue that is also in the kitchen cabinetry. You won’t forget stepping into this space!

This bathroom is full of character. The homeowners trusted me when we decided to go a little funky. By mixing a strong geometric tile floor with a soft (but bold) blush colored vanity, we were able to create a truly special moment.

I love the way the dark hardware and mirror ground the space and help it to feel modern like the rest of the home. This bathroom features double vanities, tub shower, and separate water closet. This is perfect for a growing family or entertaining out of town guests!
