Don’t we all love a little glam? I know I do! Welcome to my glam portfolio, where elegance meets innovation and glamour is in every space. This project is a blend of luxurious textures, bold designs, and timeless elements to create unforgettable interiors. We know you’ll love diving into these rich and luxurious interiors! This sophisticated kitchen is filled with glamour from its bold contrasts to it’s luxurious finishes. The sleek black cabinetry is adorned with gold hardware, striking a balance of drama and elegance. Here you can see the bar that blends into the kitchen seamless. We love the geometric patterned backsplash we put in this space. It adds texture and dimension, complemented by open shelving which displays of bar glassware and decor.

The centerpiece is the expansive white quartz island, complete with a waterfall edge and a matte black faucet. Statement pendant lights, featuring gold accents and dynamic shapes, illuminate the space while adding a touch of artistic flair. Deep blue velvet barstools bring in a pop of rich color.

The design seamlessly combines contemporary elements with timeless touches, offering a stunning yet functional space for entertaining and everyday living. We love how this bar connects with the kitchen in a easy seamless way making hosting a breeze!  

This alcove of white shelving is perfect for kitchen storage. Part of bringing glamor to the space is being able to tuck away all the unsightly but necessary kitchen appliances. With all those tucked away in this adorable alcove, the kitchen can really shine.

We are obsessed with the veining on these marble countertops! Marble is a true luxury product and it was only fitting that this high-glam kitchen has marble in the centerpiece of the space. So much beautiful detail! 

This glamorous bedroom combines luxurious textures and bold color accents. We are obsessed with how this subtle gold wallpaper turned out! It is so elegant and beautiful. The interplay of metallic finishes with the gold table decor creates a unique and interesting design. 

At its center, the bed features a white upholstered headboard framed in matte black, flanked by contemporary wall-mounted sconces for an ambient glow. Layered bedding in soft neutrals is accented by vibrant blue velvet pillows, adding a pop of richness and depth.

Two navy blue tufted chairs create a chic seating area, perfect for relaxation or reading. Their bold color harmonizes with the room's blue accents and introduces a sense of modern luxury. The brushed gold side table completes the vignette, balancing functionality with high-end design. The layout encourages both comfort and sophistication, ideal for a restful space.

The centerpiece of this primary bathroom is a freestanding tub with a sleek, curved silhouette, positioned beneath a large window that floods the space with natural light. A brushed gold faucet enhances the tub's glam appeal, tying the design together. A geometric chandelier in brushed gold hangs above, providing both functional light and a statement-making focal point that elevates the space to a luxury retreat.

The shower, enclosed with seamless glass, features floor-to-ceiling marble tiles that add a sense of continuity and brightness. The blend of polished white and soft gray marble creates a serene and spa-like atmosphere. The surrounding walls are adorned with a patterned marble tile featuring gold accents, creating a refined yet eye-catching backdrop.

This luxurious all-white and gold dressing room and office combo exudes elegance and sophistication, perfect for those who appreciate glamour in their everyday spaces. The room is anchored by a stunning, oversized gold-framed mirror leaning effortlessly against the wall, creating a bold focal point while amplifying light. The room is wallpapered with delicate featherlike paper that adds texture and interest.

An oversized tan couch sits across from two beautiful accent chairs and the whole seating area is centered by a gold ombrie ottoman. A modern gold chandelier hangs from the center of the room. The room is bathed in natural light during the day giving it an airy feel. At night, the glow of lamp lighting and glistening gold finishes create a warm and inviting ambiance, making this space as functional as it is stunning.

The office area is clean and fresh. With gold legs and a white marble top, the desk is minimal and gorgeous. The console behind the desk offers functionality for the space and showcases beautiful lamps and decor on top.  An oversized gold-plated art piece hangs over the console and leaves a big impression.

This sophisticated powder bathroom perfectly encapsulates the essence of modern glam. The bold contrast of sleek black herringbone tiles with the striking gold accents creates a space that exudes elegance and drama. The black tiles lend depth and a contemporary edge, while the gold tones introduce warmth and a sense of luxury, making the room both inviting and captivating.

The white marble vanity, with its subtle veining, complements the clean lines and luxurious materials in the space. Its crisp surface adds a timeless quality to the room while offering a clean and functional area. The choice of an undermount sink ensures a seamless, polished appearance that aligns with the room’s refined design.

The gold faucet is wall mounted onto the tile wall, which makes the space feel fully put together. The X-shape on the handles balance out all the circular shapes in the lighting, 

Suspended globe lighting elevates the design with its artistic and sculptural quality. The soft, diffused glow enhances the golden hues, while its minimalist design maintains the room's sleek and modern aesthetic. These statement lights not only illuminate the space but also serve as an integral design feature that ties the entire look together.

The custom-designed wallpaper with abstract gold lines on a white background adds a dynamic element to the space. The shimmering metallic detail reflects light beautifully, offering a sense of movement and texture.

This powder bathroom is the perfect example of how a small space can make a big statement. With its dramatic color palette, opulent materials, and carefully curated details, it reflects the designer's expertise in blending luxury with functionality. This design transforms a utilitarian space into a glamorous retreat, making it a standout feature in any home.

Mid-Century Modern Aesthetic

For this project, the homeowners needed a few bathrooms in their home updated. During our conversation, it was made clear the importance of preserving the mid-century modern identity they fell in love with when they purchased the home while introducing layout changes and modern updates in order for the bathrooms to meet the needs of today. I hope you enjoy the blend that was created in this home.

Modernizing this bathroom while keeping Mid-Century character was important for this homeowner. We decided to keep the vaulted wood ceiling and refinish it to make it feel new again. By adding a modern floating walnut vanity with under cabinet lighting, we elevated the space for the modern needs of today’s homeowners.

One feature of this house that I knew we had to keep was the original floor to ceiling stone fireplaces. I used this as the inspiration for the floor to ceiling modern tiles on the back wall of the shower. The homeowners and I loved how this design language transcended the decades of time between both designs.

We took out the old enclosed shower to expose the vaulted ceiling. It created a grand and airy vibe fro the bathroom. We then decided to wrap the shower in glass to allow natural light to pour in with a beautiful tree-top view.

The half wall was kept for a few reasons. One was for a little separation from the toilet and the shower and the other, more important reason, was to have a place to put a toilet paper holder.

The previous bathroom layout did not have a door from the bedroom into the bathroom. Instead, you entered through a set of doors that led into the closet. We ended up taking the original closet doors and moving them three feet to the side to provide a more functional entrance. The decisions meant sacrificing five inches of cabinet space. Well worth it.

In order to have the illusion of a larger vanity, we decided to place a walnut framed oversized single mirror above the sinks. This large mirror helps reflect the natural lite around the room. Above the mirror we places three milk glass orb pendants for design style and task lighting.

When walking into this bathroom through the new doors, you are greeted with wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling stone tiles. This is the wow moment. By taking the tiles across the entire wall and up to the ceiling, this bathroom feels wider and taller. This was an important accomplishment since we could not change the size of the room.

We used angled charcoal tile set in a 50% offset patter to achieve this unique patter on the floor. The subtle details set this design apart from the rest. By layering in a traditional oriental rug, we were able to play with that mid-century homeyness of the time.

When we removed the old shower enclosure, the vaulted ceiling we exposed needed a good sanding and a fresh finish to bring it back to it’s original glory.

Clean, modern matte black shower head and hand wand suites the homeowners modern needs.

A set of three pendant lights above the vanity provides light and unique design details.

The ceiling line from the bedroom continues into and through the bathroom, connecting the two space seamlessly.

This is one of the best blends of modern design with mid-century aesthetics.

Outside of the bedroom we added a new entry light fixture to provide some much-needed illumination and statement as gusts walk in.

The second bathroom in the house we updated was the powder bath. Before there was a small enclosed shower. bulkheads, and no lighting. We expanded the shower, took out the drop ceiling, and brightened the space with white tiles and bright lights.

We took out the old linoleum floors and replaced them with a terrazzo tile to stay true to that mid-century aesthetic. To crown the space, we decided to put an architectural light fixture in the corner. I love the touch of uniqueness and out-of-the-box style.

We embraced the asymmetrical design of this mid-century modern walnut vanity with vessel sink. The shaped mirror connects with the unique frosted glass shade of the artistic light fixture.

This sculptural MCM hanging pendant boasts a big impact with it’s unique shape and mixed metal combination.

We love the design detail of the exposed pipe rain shower system in gold. It’s classic yet modern.

Med Spa Makeover

Previously, this space was occupied by and insurance agency. As you can imagine it was not up to med spa standards for aesthetics. At LOVE Medical Spa, they believe that every person deserves a luxurious escape from their daily routine and it was KTI’s job to make everyone feel fabulous as they walked through the door. With a fresh coat of pain, green leafy accent wall, new marble style commercial flooring, and new contract grade furnishings with a touch of glam, we accomplished a true transformation.

Designing the perfect med spa takes careful planning and attention to detail, but the end result will be a luxurious and relaxing environment where your clients can escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life and receive the best possible care.

The entry waiting area is a true oasis of calm and relaxation. The first thing that catches your eye as you enter the space is the stunning green plant wall, which is a beautiful backdrop to the cozy pink chairs.

The wall is filled with lush and vibrant foliage, creating a serene and natural atmosphere. The pink chairs, with their soft and comfortable cushions, invite you to sit and unwind, surrounded by the beauty of nature.

The color combination of green and pink creates a warm and inviting ambiance, making you feel at ease from the moment you step into the room. This waiting area is not just a place to wait, but a true escape from the outside world, where you can relax, recharge, and prepare for your spa experience.

This private treatment room is the ultimate in relaxation and comfort, offering the perfect environment for your spa experience. The combination of warm wood tones, luxurious leather, and gleaming gold creates a cozy, yet sophisticated atmosphere that will leave you feeling pampered and rejuvenated.

The modern office bathroom in this med spa is a bright and inviting space, featuring a bold blush pink color palette that adds a pop of energy to the room.

We created a relaxing and inviting atmosphere with warm lighting, comfortable furnishings, and a cheerful color palette.

This console is usually where the coffee machine and office snacks for guests go, however, those tend to not look at great for beauty shots. So instead, enjoy Dior & Chanel books.

We played with movement in this space. Barrel swivel chairs soften the space. The movement in the marble pattern LVP floors feels effortlessly stylish, fresh, and bright.

A fantastic floral arrangement and a bootle of wine sets the tone for the spa day experience you deserve. Cheers!
